Same discription of phone call except they were from the United States Treasury giving me $6,752.00 (constantly repeated) grant money. Gave me a code and the phone number 786-224-0184 to call.
I received a call from the same India people. She called herself Stacey Jones. Want to give me a free gov't grant of $6700. They are going to transfer me the money to me at Walgreens. But because I live in NY it is not a tax free state I need to pay $250... Hahahaha
I recived a call from indian guy said Larry Gibbs 646-598-7793 he said I was randomly selected form us government grant to recive $ 6700.00 and need to go to CVS Pharmacy to get my grant and asked for my name and how hold I am and give me a ID # TA808 to all another person at 786-224-0184 name stacy Jones to get my verification and grand money. I asked what address are you calling form 10043 Liberty st NY NY 10043
They called me saying I was chosen randomly to receive a grant from the US Gonernment for 6700$ that I didnt have to pay back but I had to pay $250 in tax before I get the money, it was to go thru Walgreens but I only had 15 minutes to do this. Not! If they wanted to give me $6700 they wouldnt have some non english speaking person do this by phone, they would take the tax n send me a check or letter. Be aware of this scam.
