The same exact phone call they said that committed fraud with the irs for $1500 and the police was on there way to pick me up in 45 minutes still waiting
Received the same phone call and exact message. I returned the call since we have some employees with legal issues so I thought this was something we needed to take care of and I got a very determined man or woman (I could not tell) who insisted that we had an outstanding check from 2011 and that immediate action would be taken. When I kept asking who this action was from and whether they even had the right person, they insisted that the police would be at my door in 45 minutes to arrest me and I would go to jail for 6 months. Again I began to yell who and what are we talking about and this person kept shouting at me and finally hung up. I called my accountant and the IRS to alert them of this call and also posted on social media and found that several of my friends had received similar calls.
Same as everyone else. The call showed up on caller ID Javie Matamoros with the number 786-691-3418. Listened to the message was by a man with Indian accent. I didn't appreciate the threat. Call back at 786-228-5469.
