Who called from 7862285469

Received same message this morning from some LOW LIFE HINDU MONKEY.

I received message it was recording. I hung up immediately knowing it was fraudulent. Can these calls be blocked ?

Had same message from Chris Brown on my answering machine, pure fraud!
here are the phone numbers:
This number is the call back number 786-228-5469
and this number is on the caller ID 786-226-9053

got same as above,threatening call, did not call back. need to stop

Just received same message with same indian accent. Said they were from Internal Affairs of the US Treasury. Not going to happen from a 786 area code. So tired of these scammers calling. How do we get them arrested???
