I received same call from illiterate individual.  Farcical but undoubtedly illegal use of interstate phone lines.

Not possible.  Callers are located in India and Pakistan and are beyond the reach of US law.  Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on numbers you do not recognize.

Got the same message on my machine. Called them back with my fax machine set to call them back every 30 seconds if it doesn't connect.

Thought about calling and telling them I was from the Miami Police Fraud Division.

It's a skam.  Not sure what they hope to gain.  I had the same exact message as the others.  Did not call back.  It may be that they are gathering info on phone numbers where people actually answer to sell them to other spammers.
