I got a call frm this number today. I looked it up and found this site.. they had the last name right but not the first name. I immediately suspected it was a fake company of some sort. Put on reject list for my phone.
They told me I was being served papers also.
Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.

I got the same call. I called back the number they left 786-245-8990. A woman answered, and I told them that I wanted all their information. She told me they are Klein and Associates. I told them to make sure they send the fake court documents to the right address. She hung up on me.
Same here also said Carolyn Armstrong, it is a scam and I am tired of getting these calls at work all the time, it never stops. I do not call them back ever, they call my cell phone too, its always someone different calling, and its always a different state. They even call my husbands cell looking for me. They said they have been serving me papers going on like 6 or more years now and I never have received anything, in the mail or at work ugh!
Got a call from this number about a civil law suit and that money was owed and it was going to court the next day. They told me the creditor was Klein & Associates in Snellville, Georgia. Other phone numbers used were, 678-293-0413 and 877-223-2274. They sent me a docu-sign email with a very sketchy company name.
Received voice mail on cell phone from phone number (515) 528-7539 located in Des Moines, IA. The caller said the call was for an individual; however, they muffled the name of that individual so I was unable to understand if it was my name or someone elses. The rest of the call was very clear and the caller referenced a civil complaint #2014-117971 being filed against me. The woman stated that this phone call officially notified me of a pending court appearance. Further, that I should call a Caroline Armstrong at (786) 245-8990 if I wished to resolve the matter prior to a court appearance. In researching the phone numbers it appears this is another scam. If this has happened to you, please call your phone company and they can put a block on your phone.
