These folks claim to be a pre-trial processing company. They talked to me like I was trash and the refused to give me the contact information for the original creditor saying we don't have that we just need to make arrangements to take care of the $611 balance or we are sending the court documents to Green County Arizona which isn't even the state or county I live in by 4:30 EST via FedEx! Sounds like a scam. Reported them to my state's attorney general's office consumer complaint division.
Got another call from these people but this time I want to know where they are getting their info. It wasn't too my cell phone which I put as my main number for everything. It was to the house phone which is unlisted and only used for contact between my kids and myself when I'm away. It had never been given out to anyone for any reason any where. Yet they called and the automated message had my name. Not even my real name but the name the bill is under, so that proves even more that it is a scam and not a legit complaint. Someone is giving these people information we are paying specifically to not be put out there.

Ridiculous: Civil complaints are filed with local government which would notify you by registered mail.
I just received a phone call from Carolyn Armstrong number 786-245-8990 stating that this phone call is an official call to let me know I have been served. I called and asked to be taken off there list. I spoke to a man with a heavy accent. I gave them the case number and everything I better not be getting no more calls.
got the call today left on my answering machine from this Carolyn Armstrong. had the same thing happen to a lady I work with. unfortunately she paid money....they had threated to serve at work ...I hope these scam artists get what they deserve. it is a shame they prey on the elderly along with others that fall for this scam... phone # was the 786-245-8990.
