Who called from 7862590001

I received this same message.  Is this a scam I assume?

Waste no time with this and don't worry about it if you've received nothing in the mail regarding any unpaid debt. Don't call the number either.

Don't know who these people are, but I've now put a "block" on my phone from them ... They claim to be the IRS and are seeking to have me arrested.

Getting calls from 347-694-7846 telling me it was a very important legal issue and need to call 786-259-0001 right away.
Maybe its the cell phone provider just trying to get you to use more minutes!

received unsolicited call from "Kevin Brown" with the department of legal affairs on an urgent legal issue with regard to the "enforcement act."  Caller obviously Pakistani or Indian.  It's a scam.
