Who called from 7863004084

Keep receiving calls from this number and I actually called back and gave them my nickname and they said it was the wrong person. They call me constantly and if I answer they hang up. SCAMMERS...they need to be stopped

Same thing with me. Called my cell phone 6 times in 5 days. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, no voicemail was left. I called back and it says you've reached community link dept voicemail. I hung up.

This number is calling everyday twice a day for a week. No one is there.

Get these calls every day,  No one answers when I pick up.  Must be a scammer.
