I returned his call told him the conversation was being recorded. He hung up on me I continued to call and he claimed he had the wrong number. However I also advised him my attorney was present. He stares it takes 72 hours to take my number out of his system.
The company is Bonner and Associates. They tell me that they are going to file a lawsuit against me. They say I owe a debt but can not confirm who the debt is for or for how much. They said I would have to speak with a manager. When I started asking the manager questions he hung up the phone. I called them back and started getting information from them.
They gave me the following not sure if they gave me the correct info or not but here it is:

This is a scam. If it is a legitimate debt that is owed they would not hang up when you simply ask a question.
