I returned his call told him the conversation was being recorded. He hung up on me I continued to call and he claimed he had the wrong number. However I also advised him my attorney was present. He stares it takes 72 hours to take my number out of his system.
Got a call from them a little while ago, very thick accent (middle eastern), and I could barely understand a word he was saying. He kept asking if I've checked my email recently and asked if I had seen an urgent message from them about a lawsuit. I kept asking if it was a legitimate lawsuit then why would they send it through email rather than mail itself. Would keep disregarding all the questions I asked, especially when I asked what the lawsuit was about and from who. I told him I've never been to FL before in my life and I told him it was strange that I would have someone calling from there about a lawsuit when I live in KS. After his nonsense I asked him for his law firms Professional Licensing Number. It should be easy access and attainable by anyone who asks if they are legitimate. Needless to say he hung up the phone when all I did was ask about that.
Received a call from the same company and they say they are with Bonner & Associates Law Firm. They had my phone number, my wifes last name and a strange 1st name. Hung up after I started asking questions. Law Firms do not make calls to settle debt they serve papers, and law firms do not sound like they are calling from a telemarketing hub with a bunch of noise in the background.
yeah I get these all the time, they even try to call my work phone but they block them from getting through. I even had my attorney try to contact them, but as soon as he asks for them to send him proof they hang up, but continue to call me 10 times a day for a couple months, then it will stop for a month and start right back up! They need to get caught, get arrested and leave people alone! I have reported them to FTC, FBI and local police but nothing helps!
