I returned his call told him the conversation was being recorded. He hung up on me I continued to call and he claimed he had the wrong number. However I also advised him my attorney was present. He stares it takes 72 hours to take my number out of his system.
Just received a call from the company Vonner & Associates Law Firm and they are a complete scam. The call started with a voicemail stating that I did not need to disregard the voicemail and I needed to quickly call back. After returning the call the man on the phone proceed to inform me that I will be served tomorrow for delinquent payments for over $1,000. He asked me questions about if, I owed money and that in order for the case to be closed I had to pay the full amount today. I asked him who was the company that was suing me and he stated is was the "United States Credit Service" but could not provide the name due to legal reasons. He then said he would set-up a payment plan to have the case closed today however, the "finnance office" could not process the claim over the phone or on the internet and the money had to be sent through a "Money Pak Card". I told him I needed 30mins to get the money but, that was a to get him off my phone and research this situation. Do not answer or return their calls, this is a scam!!!! The two callers names were Jack Miller and Lim Nix
this is a big ripoff, name is kevin jones/daniele mugnai -786-347-5791 very bad accent ,, threatens with lawsuits,, its a scam people, do what I do threaten him right back. scumbags shoot them all
