The number is obviously from a fraudulent company or scammers. The person claims to be working for the US government gathering medical information and they need to update their database. This is of course completely false because the US government is not going to call a 100 times and not leave a message and there is no branch of government called US Medical Services. The Miami number could just be forwarding calls from another country.
its not a scam, the caller claimed to be a part of social service and they are helping the patients of several surgery or medicines, and compensating them. my husband personally had a hip replacement done, he gotta call wen i was at work, and he told me that he talked to a lawyer regarding his compensation. he said lawyer is offering him $13,000 for his dislocation.
They were almost too hard to understand but said they were with the American disability act. I still hung up after telling them to not call back. I am assuming if it was a legit company we would receive something in writing.
