I just received a call and they left a voicemail saying the irs was going to file a lawsuit against me. Bogus scam. When I called back someone foreign answered and it never went through automation or anything like regular government numbers
My husband received a call from our County courthouse telling him that someone from Foster Conway 758 358 0974 was attempting to file an "arrest warrant" for "bank fraud"????? the clerk said they don't handle those type of cases (we are lost) she spoke so fast and just wanted to get us off phone. We've had same account w/our bank for years and have never ever had such issue...well we call this number the courthouse gave us and the guy who answered phone was so rude and refused to give us anymore info. All he said was that my husband had a outstanding "Cash Loan Service" balance that he owed. NEVER EVER has he obtained anything from a Cash Loan Service. I requested more info so that I can contact our attorney and he hung up. Do they go to the extreme of attempting to file an "arrest warrant"? if this is legit why would he hand up??? Who can we contact locally to see about this?
