I visited my senior citizen aunt who received harassing calls in Spanish saying she is warned that she is now in collections. She owes nothing. Nothing in writing means this debt does not exist. Whatever....very bad :(...shame on them
Received back to back calls from this number today! I decided to call back only to have it either busy or never answered. I called from a different number and they answered immediately. I asked what company they were and was told PanAmericano. I spoke in English first and the woman just kept saying 'Espanol" ! I asked her how she is working in Florida at a legitimate job without speaking English. No answer! She ask for the name I was calling about, I told her I would giver her the number and she could pull it up....she said no she needed a name. I gave her a wrong name and she said "OK, I'll look this up and call you back". A few minutes later she called back again on the original number and started filing off a list of things about a supplement company that sells natural things, and that I had them send me something years ago. She then began saying how accepting that package was the same as signing a contract and that it was never paid off. I told her I'd never done business with any company like that ever! I asked what company...no name was given. I asked how much was owed, no amount could be given, she stated. I asked to speak to a manager, no Mngr available. She asked if I wanted to be taken to small claims court and that they could help get me out of debt if I hired them to do so! At that point I had played along for about 10 minutes or more. I finally said, " so you have papers in front of you with my husbands name on them” ( the fake name I had given her prior ) she sternly said yes! I told her she was committing a crime and that this was fraud....I told her she needs to stop harassing people and how sick her and the others there are, trying to steal from anyone they can. She began yelling at me, and I said some not so nice things to her and hung up, with my last words being, I was calling the Florida bureau of investigations and reporting them. I've not heard another thing back yet today! DO WATCH OUT! SHE KEPT TRYING TO GET ME TO SAY THE WORD "YES". They can use that to run charges to your phone if you say it. I kept answering, never saying yes! It was clear she was very aggravated by that!

This people kept calling my mom saying she ordered some product and she was going to be taken to court. I called they did not speak english they are supossedly run in Florida so I told them how is that possible they need to speak the language. They said it was hispanic american affairs I started laughing. I would ask were I was calling they kept asking who I wanted to talk to. I asked for a manager they had none. I told them I needed some one to speak english because I felt more confortable. They said no They only wanted to speak spanish. Point is they would not give me any info on who they were, company, or anithing so I told them I was going to sue them and they hung up.

Me están diciendo k en el 2014 encargué unas fajas y k pague las primeras pero k tenían k mandarme otras y k no las pague, les dije k yo no recibí ni encargué nada,k cuando encargo algo pago al momento y ella enojada me dijo k estaba tratando d ayudarme por k un oficial va ir ami casa para llevarme a corté le dije k no debo nada y k mi esposo tenia un abogado y c enojo y dijo su esposo no está en problemas, usted si y le colgué y busque el número aqui mismo y me encuentro k no soy ala única k quieren intimidar,...
