Ami también me llamaron para decirme k me llevaron un producto les dije k no recibí nada u me dijo k no me lo dejaron por k nadie abrió la puerta pero k debo 700 dólares y para evitar k valla aceite ellos me van Amandar un paquete con información para mandarles el dinero k yo acepté recibir el paquete, les dije en ningún momento les dije k si y le colgue
This is happening to my dad too the same situation telling him he bought something in 2014 first they said he bought a waist trainer, after they said he bought a train set after my dad said he has never bought any thing online till last year when he was about to order the train set but he changed his mind. i called them back acting as if i was his wife a "receptionist" answers asking who i was calling for did not even answer saying the name or collection agency just like normal. she then said valentina morillo was going to call me back , 2 min later valentina calls back i get really agitated because she does not what to tell me anything because he told my dad everything and she is not authorised to give me information. okay i said i needed to speak to the person in charge she said she was in charge. i got really loud saying this is full of crap and i was going to call the cops of florida to make a demand and she hanged up before i could.
Thank you very much. It's very true everything you said. They did exactly the same to me.. The lady got upset when I told her I will call my lawyer. She said fine, see you in federal court next week. Really!!!! They can get people in to federal court that fast? Lol.
I got a voice mail because I don't answer unknown numbers and they said that I was reported to collections and that I was warned. So of course I got worried even tho there is NO WAY I would be reported. So I called back and the lady that answered asked for my name and then she said "we will call you back in 5 minutes" and hanged up. Just like that. At that point I sensed unprofessionalism so red flags went up about it being a scam, and I landed in this website.
Please do not pay attention to this caller and do not give them any information. With this I definitely learned that.
