This is a scam call. They list 'Member Services' as the Caller ID, and then a robo-message (illegal to use those unless they have express written permission now) comes on & offers to lower your interest rate on your credit cards. I have no credit cards. I pressed '1' to talk to a person & said that their robo-caller had the wrong number as I had NO credit cards, I have a bankruptcy so they needed to remove my number from their database. The guy who answered said 'uhhhhh' and then I got a fast busy. CLEARLY a scam, reporting them to the FTC & FCC now.
Received a robot call from 786-419-4597 purporting to be about trying to reach me via email unsuccessfully about a credit card and it's interest rate. Since I have no credit card debt I hung up without pressing anything. The worrisome part is that the caller ID say Member Rewards which someone might mistake for American Express Membership Rewards.
