Who called from 7864194597

On July 24th, I received a call from this number stating the same information as given in "annoyed" above.
Set my Panasonic phone to block any future calls.

Yes, and the telephone companies are their allies.

I did got a call from that number and I never answer it so please dont ever call me again or I will be calling the police

I get these calls at least once a week and today it was 5 times in a matter of 20 minutes as I was talking to a friend.  I am on the no call list, so how do they get away with it?
