A lot of times these bottom dwelling pond scum suckers will "spoof" their number. Okay, the bottom dwelling pond scum sucker thing may be over the top. At least bottom dwelling pond scum suckers serve a purpose in life. But the point is they often will use computers to spoof their number. If you call back you'll get a message telling you the number is "out of service" or "unreachable". The "do not call list" is a pathetic joke as they just work around it with a phone number that is nonexistent.
