800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

He keeps calling my 15 year old daughters cellphone and flirts with her, gave her his Facebook user name and asked her to add him as a friend. There are 3 different scammers calling here, all have the same accent... One is claiming to be Microsoft and says that my computer is sending an error to Microsoft and they need to fix my computer (they guide you to a web page that gives them remote access to your computer to steal your information), another is one stating I'm eligible for a 9000.00 grant for free, the third one is this one about the medication.  It's really making me have ill feelings about foreigners in general.  There was another one who called as well, and was again a foreigner, who responded to my stepdaughters craigslist ad to sell her car.  Their scam is called the "Nigerian check scam". Another one, a friend of mine was contacted through a dating site, claiming to be in the military and talked to her long enough that she began to like him and then he said he wanted to come visit her but needed money. He sent her a pic of an attractive American man, prwtending it was him, even mailed her a necklace.  He even went as far as having her call his "superior officer" to discuss his personal leave.  It's infuriating to get calls like this. If they would put as much effort into a real job as they do into these scams, they could earn a decent moral living without hurting others.  They put a lot of effort into scamming others... More effort than if they got a real job.  But I guess at some point, they get lucky and scam a lot of money, making it worth their effort and encouraging their behavior.  Makes me mad. I worked and earned my money and they need to do the same. If THATS what they came to this country to do, then they all need to be sent back to where they came from.

Oh, also... They are using a fake caller id number. So if you try to call the number back, it's not a valid/legit number. I blocked their number today so I hope they are unable to get through now.

called me this am, foreign accented male on the line stating that i could have a loan from 5000-10k told him i wasnt looking for a loan at this time, and was on dnc list,  told him to quit calling. said he was from ez loan i believe but when i tried calling back, the number came back to cash net usa. QUIT CALLING.

I receive these calls all the time.  On my cell if I do not recognize the # i just don't answer.  I was receiving calls about a lawsuit for my recent hip replacement, which I never had, at work.  After listening to their bull and having been forwarded to a few people they asks me if I would like to proceed to receive reimbursement.  I responded with "absolutely, however this is the las hour of the last day at this job"  Then I asked them to call me at my new office in 3 weeks at 301-688-6524.  That is the NSA's #.  Maybe they can track them down if they get called directly.  Haven't received one of those calls at work since.  Don't know if it worked as a deterrent but I felt good about it.
