This number is a scam! He will ask you to Western Union the security deposit to Puerto Rico. HE DOES NOT OWN THE HOUSE! I got scammed by him in Atlanta in November and I see his ads all over on Craigslist and other free ads. Call your local police before you speak with him again, maybe he can finally be caught.
