The people defending this [***] are part of his team or the guy himself, I believe he is a Chinese man who is a scam artist. I ran into him by responding to this ad posted recently at

and after asking him questions about the details of the job he quickly became defensive and hung up on me. After several redials he answered again as if we had never spoke 2 minutes ago. If express my dissatisfaction in his attitude he became very rude and belligerent" After googling the number 1-787-235-1300 I found this post, and I also found more ad's placed by him here:

I was hired by the guy "Max" who owns the phone number that I found on Craigs list.  He wanted to pay me 1,000 week plus $500 per abanded home that I found.  I've been trying to call him to speak to him but his phone number is not working right now.  Thank god I was just getting ready to start.  His email is [email protected].  
I contacted him yesterday about a job and he hired me.  His company name was Global Resource Solutions.
Now that I handed him 11 addresses of homes that were vacant in the pine hills area of Orlando Florida I find this out.

That is the same thing he told me when I questioned him about the realtor and he said they wanted to charge him a fee if they rented it and that as soon as I gave him the deposit he would take down the for sale sign!!  The next day the agent calls me back and says that it is a bank owned property and was recently placed on the market!!!  But by then it was too late!!

Wow! He sure has been busy in Orlando. Most of the Craigslist ads have already been flagged but you can see them if you google 206 600 6800.

Dont Rent this Condo these people are scam artist, I rented this 3 bedroom and was told By the Condo Board that the owner Could not rent this condo with out approval from the Board and according to the Condo Rules and Guidelines this people are never allowed to rent out this condo located at 4614 S Calumet, They Defrauded Section 8 and Me. so if you move in you will be meet by the Condo board advising you to move back out, I have proof and The Condo Board Contact Info I have the condo board contact number and section 8 can confirm these people defraud them and me as well.

They will get your money knowing full well that they are not allowed to rent this condo out then they will threaten you to move, The Condo owner name is Darcy Shephard and they are in a lot of trouble with the condo Board, they rip me off for $1.350 and Lynell is her pimp boyfriend these people have no remorse all together I lost for more than $4,000 dollars, had to find new place, pay rent and security and buy moving truck These people claim to be wells now, ask for Id from each one before you rent Lynell was Darcy boyfriend also contact 4608-14 south calumet condominium Barry J Miller 18110 Dixie Hwy 2n Homewood Il 60430 to see if these owners have the condo approval before they rent I will search the web and newspaper daily to see if these people place ads so i can contuine to warn people
