Who called from 7872351300

This is a SCAM. Person wants the money up front and claims that they will send you the keys to the home.

Just an FYI when looking for a home for rent:

[email protected] is a scam!

He claims he has a house for rent that seems too good to be true for Orange County - you express your interest in renting - he claims he will be out of the states for a while then requests you sending him the application form, $1500 deposit in return he sends the keys. I have attached parts of the email I recieved from "Ernest Wellington" i.e. [email protected]

"Thanks for the response.I actually will be away for a while.so we dont have to wait till i get back.Below i have attached the application form which you have to fill and returned to me.

I can have the keys mailed upon receiving the deposit payment which is $1500 that includes all utilities."

I have posted this because I do not want any innocent house seekers to be scammed by this FRAUD!!!!

WATCH OUT FOR THINGS THAT SEEM TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

I got this message and today, received another on delivery of keys through TNT. Do you know more?
