These people have tried calling to speak with the owner of the company...they will NEVER get through. I also spoke to the man with the Indian accent who refused to give me his name. I told him to please put us on his do not call list and then hung up. We will see if this works. If not, I will report them to the FCC.
This business calls twice a day. I have not been in the office either time to answer. They don't leave a message and you cannot call back into the number
These folks will call you relentlessly whether or not you answer, are on the national "do not call list" or talk to them live asking them to put you on their "do not call list!" They called me on 2/14 at 1pm, 2/16 at 6:30pm, then twice tonight at 6:15pm and again at 9pm. I spoke to them both times tonight and got the "scratch card" sales script and that they wanted to deliver my prize in person. Upon further questioning, it's "Federal Financial" and it's unclear if these call center losers really know what they're selling. Going forward, I plan to answer all the questions hoping to have someone show up on my door so I can waste their time and money. How a company expects to get a return on investment by calling and bugging the whatnot out of someone is beyond me. I'm beyond annoyed and plan to provide them the same courtesy they given me. Wish me luck!
Also go to ftc.gov and click on the "Do not call registry" under the Quick Finder box at the top of the page. From there, you can register for the do not call list (if you haven't already done so) AND click FILE A COMPLAINT to report IMS. Your guess is as good as mine if someone actually does anything about it but at least one can take two minutes to make it a bit harder on the bad guys.
