Spirit Airline Customer Service

I called Spirit Air for customer service and they transferred me and kept me on hold for an extended period of time.
My Final time allocation was 49 minutes and I was a valued customer. I DID NOT know they transferred me to a line where my phone was being charged for time and charges.
I glad that I'm not one of the non valued customers.

THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS - PERIOD.

Called me twice and didn't leave a message. I've never heard of this company so why would they be calling me?
