Computer scam - they will not respect your request to put you on their Do Not Call list, and they are persistent and unscrupulous. Best way to handle them? Act interested for a second or two, then tell them, "Hold on a sec," and then go back to whatever you were doing until they eventually hang up. The more of THEIR time you waste, the fewer calls they'll be able to make and the more likely they will voluntarily mark you as a Do Not Call.
No message from caller. Called number back and was told the subscriber you have dialed is not in service. Obviously a scam of some sort. Anyone need their computer fixed?
This is definitely a scam. I just received a call from them and they wanted to fix my windows system. They wanted me to give them all the information so they could control my computer though.
Just received a call from them. Crackly connection, poor english, lots of delays. "Uhhh.. hello. <pause> your computer is broken..." <long pause> "your computer is broken." Um.. nope, it's not. I told them to get another job, as this wasn't working out too well for them.
