I have received numerous calls from this same company, and they call from a different # that you can never reach back every time. One time I did stay on the line to speak to someone, and when she asked about my card balance, I told her I didn't have one but that I wanted them to stop calling me. She said, "Well aren't you living good!" and hung up on me. I tried to call back, but the call wouldn't go through. I get the calls about every other week and am so frustrated and have no idea what to do, since I don't know the company and they are obviously robo-dialing with bad #'s. I don't think they can be stopped.
Get at least one call a week, sometimes more. Different times of day. Have answered before and listened to the recorded message. Have also let it go to voicemail. At first, left messages. After a few months, no longer leaving messages, just hanging up. I have been getting these same calls (though I'm not sure if all are from the same number - but all have the SAME message if you answer) for MONTHS now. I used to work in telemarketing and an autodialer can dial hundreds of thousands of numbers a day! Depending on the "business" here, they may also be EXEMPT to the do not call list. There are certain organizations that ARE exempt - the company I worked for could legally call ANYONE on the do not call list...the only way to have the entire company NOT call you for anything again was to say "take me off of your COMPANY'S lists!"..."take me off of YOUR list" only removes you from the list the company may be calling for at that time on that day...if you speak to a person when this number calls, try that and see if it works!
I just received another call from this number on my cell. i didn't answer it. When I have answered it before I just get a recording it is regarding my credit card account and that there isn't a problem, but to call them.
Got call from this number around noon. Answered by mistake. Usually don't answer calls from # I don't know. Recording started (like the one described in other reports. I hung up. I am on no call list too. These are scammers so what do they care about that. After a while calls from that number stop, but start up from other numbers. Try blocking some of them through your carrier, but eventually they just call from another number. Never talk to them. Never call them or text them. They're crooks.
