Got a call from this number while driving. Pressed #1 to speak to representative. Was on hold for couple of minutes. Finally a man answered and acknowledged the call was about lowering credit card interest rate. I asked him to remove my number of his calling list. He laughed and hung up.

These kinds of threats over the phone are against state and federal law. Turn them in to the cops, your phone carrier, etc. This is criminal act on their part.
