Who called from 8017478997

this number called me twice, and I missed it both times, no message, no idea who it is

This number called my cell phone today.  They had a horrible automated message (not to clear) that stated due to deregulation, they may be able to save me on my electric or gas bill.  The message then said to press 1 for more advice, or, 2, to be removed from the calling list

Called my mobile. Had a voice mail but nothing on it. I have a free call blocker APP that works well. Just added this number.
