Who called from 8017478997

My cell is a company phone, and the number is on the National Do Not Call List - still, I got a call from this number today.  Did not leave a message, but really, what do they not understand about the DO NOT CALL List???  Is there a way to misinterpret that and think it doesn't apply to them???

Want to save money on energy on a voice mail

Called back using a fake line. Pressed 1 and listened to the statement from the agent on the line and hung up. This is what I found: the call comes from the energy discount center for a company called Direct Energy

It is a legitimate company using illegal telemarketing call practices. If you are on a do not call list, please report them to the FCC as I did:
