Who called from 8017478997

Whoever is using this number calls REPEATEDLY. I am on the Federal Do Not Call list, so I don't understand why I keep getting these calls.  However, I was told I can report any numbers like this, so I hope you will take care of it.

Got a call from this number and I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.  This came right after another hang-up from 6054960698

It's a Utah-based telemarker wanting to give you a "special deal" to lower your electrical costs, or some such thing. Just received such a call from that number myself and had to go listen to their message left on my phone since I didn't answer when I didn't know who it was.
