The second number "1 800 935 9935" which is on the back of their debit cards aparently is CHASE and I did talked to them (after NOT giving them my account number it went through anyway) they said the number that called me and you all "1 801 823 2024" is NOT a chase number so be carefull folks!
they call here everytime something happens with my son's account at chase....it is a survey but they are relentless and there seems to be no way to get them to stop calling...when you call back you only get an automated service....these people are annoying and need to be stopped, does anyone know how to stop or report numbers like this. I have all my numbers on the do not call list but these places seem to be allowed to call regardless....there has to be a way to stop them. Can anyone respond.....thank you.
I enetered this number and about 24 other numbers to my call rejection service. You might want to see what types of "bells and whistles" you have with your phone service. There is a good chance some sort of call rejection/number rejection service is associated with your account. I did not realize I had this feature until I called Century Link and they suggested listing unwanted calls in the call rejection service.
I press *78 to get access to my calling features, then follow the prompts. Anyway, just a suggestion.
I also know if you have Google phone, you can log into your account and then list unwanted numbers in one of the sub-sections and then any number you put on that list will never ring your google phone. ...also just a suggestion.
I am swtiching my landline service (century link) over to google phone. you can get a device from amazon called the Obi110 for like around 40 bucks and then hook it up to your internet, then the other side of the device to your regular land line phone. I have been using it for about 1 month now, and so far so good because google phone is free. ...also just a suggestion
