Not sure if its not safe but ive been searching the interet for these numbers and these did not come up for any sort of bank or company
Surely if you have set up mobile banking alerts of any kind you would know that. Therefore this is certainly a scam. If in doubt, contact your financial institutions at the numbers on the back of your cards or on your statements.
