Who called from 8022211115

This is obviously some kind of hoax.  

DO NOT call the number.  It could be some sneaky way to put a big charge on your phone bill.
The only think I'd do is notify the Vermont Attorney General that these messages are coming from their area code.

I also received the same text everyone else has. I know for a fact that my account has no issues. The text is a lie.

Got a text (9099).  "customer issue, us bank service frozen. please call at 802 221 1115"

Got the same message.
