Last week there was a similar text pointing to a web site. I typed in a fictitious login and password and it took me right to another site to enter my ATM card number, Exp date and PIN.
This is an obvious attempt to steal login data to empty your bank account.
It is FRAUD all the way. Do not call the number. Call your local bank and they will have a fraud division. US banks official fraud number is 877 895 8595 (though this could also be fraud from me so check it out yourself directly through your bank). Do not take ANYONES word for anything... contact your bank directly, either in person or through a verified number you have used before.
Good luck and NEVER call the number... always check directly with your bank.
