I've been getting these twice a day for over a month now, and spoken to reps several times. At least now I know it's a scam and I can bait them next time.

Today it was: 802-848-7489, but it's also been:

Among others.

Did not answer, tried to return call.
Recording said standard. "...The number you have reached is..."
Out of service.

I think you're right because I recently signed up for a free quote from Progressive
