This number has called at least once daily for months. They have identified themselves as the US Coast Guard taking a survey; have also identified themselves as the Dept of Health. Have asked them not to call, they ignore request.
Survey of some kind. They even left a message once. They have called a lot. And they are calling my pre paid trac phone that only a handful of ppl know the number to. very annoying.
Caller (lady) with a pushy approach called me from that number. Said she was with the Dept. of Health. I had some difficult understanding her because of her accent. She said she wanted to ask me some questions. I said,"Go ahead". She asked," Do you smoke?" I said," Let me ask you some questions first. I asked, "Are you an employee of the Dept. of Health." She paused, then said, "No. I am with a firm that has been contracted with by the Dept. of Health to do a survey." So I told her I didn't care to talk to her and hung up. My next question would have been,"which Dept. of Health".
The call was at night about 6pm - right at dinner time. Also my phone number is on a do not call list.
