This number has called at least once daily for months. They have identified themselves as the US Coast Guard taking a survey; have also identified themselves as the Dept of Health. Have asked them not to call, they ignore request.
I too received the same call stating survey for the IL Dept of Health and told this Jennifer I didn't know the state solicited to use my cell phone number and minutes. Had the nerve to ask me for another phone number to conduct the survey on smoking. I think the state of IL should be informed of such business.
This number has been coming up on my caller id for the past couple of weeks on a daily basis. They left a message that it was The Illinois Department of Public Health and requested a call back to 866-784-7303. I plan to continue to let these calls go unanswered. Hopefully they'll give up...
