This number has called at least once daily for months. They have identified themselves as the US Coast Guard taking a survey; have also identified themselves as the Dept of Health. Have asked them not to call, they ignore request.
I keep getting this phone call and there is no one there. Caller ID shows ICF Macro as the name. Guess I'll stop answering it. It is definitely annoying!
I have been getting these calls too., from the same number. The area code is Vermont. I do not know anyone in Vermont. Finally they left a VM. I will not be calling back. Glad I did some

This number will not stop calling! I have been getting called on my cel from this number almost every day for three weeks! I never answered after the first time when it was an automated message but every few days they will leave an automated voicemail saying that they "need" me for an "important survey" for the "Illinois Department of Health". The rest of the time, the call just hangs up.
This is an incredible nuisance. I don't even give this number out, so clearly it is an auto-dial machine of some kind. I really wish it would stop.
