got a call from these dirt bags, unsolicited, unwanted, unneccesary waste of time, waited for the bogus scam pitch and then asked if there was any noise down in his parent's basement cause I was just upstairs, busy driving my meat balls deep in to his Grandmothers cinammon ring ...the guy hung up ?!?

I added this number to my call reject list but this company just changes its out bound caller ID number to a new one.  Yesterday alone this company called me from 5 different numbers.

(804) 642‑8078 Robo call recorded 5 January 2015 ("Rachel at Cardholder Services...reduce your rate...consider this your final notice..." Credit Card SCAM)
Caller ID: "Hayes VA"

Also called recently from: (620) 750-2182 <> (908) 583-1796 <> (520) 222-8448 <> (515) 207-3384 <> (717) 322-4291 <> (321) 209-6393 <> (305) 368-8492 <> (570) 983-3206 <> (570) 983-3796 <> (406) 477-3151 <> (518) 278-0335 <> (518) 278-0333

"Rachel" calling me back (after a long absence, was she arrested for fraud?) after assuring me, "...consider this your final notice..." and even after "Carmen" and "Brigit" told me recently that I didn't qualify for their "lower your rate" offer because I pay my credit cards off in full each month.

The recording of this "lower your rate" call is a recorded mix of past calls (notice in my transcript, below, where I point out different female voices in their recording) and of course this call is from a new number to avoid past call blocking. The recorded message is their usual patter (see below) followed by a 7 second pause, then they repeat the message and disconnect.

Their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethics, doesn't it?

Here is a transcript of their latest offer:

[female voice] Hello, this is Rachel at Cardholder Services calling in reference to your current credit card account. There are no problems currently with your account, it is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. [different voice] Press the number 1 on your telephone now [then another different voice] to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Thank you."

[7 second pause, message repeats, then disconnect]
