Who called from 8080000000

This Kind of Number should be stopped, the do not call list,( Federal) should catch them and fine them a penalty...for inconviencing people

does someone think this is funny, got a call from this number at 7:05pm, heard noise on the other end, then hung up after saying "hello" for the third time.

received calls from 808-000-0000, and no response or when I tried calling back I get an automated block call message.  Irritating to say the least

got called at 8:54  today--didnt answer
my no-name cell is unlisted--WTF?

today i got a call.. let it go to voice mail. then when i listened to it seemed like a butt call but their was unreconizable words and heavy breathing and when i hung up the background pictures had been changed.. creepy... how did they do that?!?
