I received a call from this number. I have a clean record & have no clue what this call is regarding. The individuals name was: Officer Adam Scott & threatened me that it was a legal matter & that a warrant can be issued. When I called back on that number, no one picked up the call. This guy had a heavy indian accent.
We received a call from 810-223-0563 last week. The caller said that was an arrest warrant etc. I immediately hung up because I have not done anything wrong and I suspected a fraud. The person immediately called back and questioned as to why we hung up and threatened again. I hung up.
Is there a way to prosecute these guys by reporting to an entity? Any suggestion?
I got the call from same number- Flint , MI. It showed on caller ID. He claimed to be officer Scott Adams from Criminal Investigation Department. There are serious allegations against my husband.
Tell him to immediately call us otherwise we will immediately take action against him. I called Local Police and it seemed like a Fraud.
Received scam call asking we owe back taxes.... Need to pay right now or else be reported to state agency. When we asked him for his details and that we owe no taxes what so ever. This person tried to threaten to speak to his supervisor and that police will be sent ASAP. We told him go ahead and send the police - it would be great to have a visit from local police department - Since You Are The One Who Should be Arrested by Police - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS JUNK - It is a FRAUD Scheme to scare you and make you pay them right away.
We receive a call at home & cell with this number on caller ID. Said that we did not pay Income Tax from last 3 year, and they will cancel citizenship. Also, our family member name on criminal record. When we challenge the caller he transfer to their supervisor, and then supervisor hung up the phone. The way caller was speaking, I can tell that the caller from over seas, not from USA.
