Received a call from this number. Caller ID showed Central Asset Solutions. They left a short message that said "This is a very urgent message about a legal matter please press 1 for an investigator". They didnt leave a name who they are looking for. I called it back and they answered "Litigation". Another scam.
I received the same message. Pay day loan collecters likely. You cannot be tried for a criminal case because you owe a payday loan or any other debt. Do not believe them do not answer their calls they have to collect their debt per the fair credit debt collection law practices and must contact you by mail to do that no one will serve you no one will be at your door if you get as far as I did on it on another occasion they will try to get a credit card or debit card number from you over the phone to pay the debt to avoid any further action which is a scam. They never give you any kind of receipt for this transaction beware!
I've been getting this call repeated over the last 6 months. When I've tried talk to them it's about a debt over a decade old and they threaten me that I've deliberately intended to defaud or some other horrible sounding offence . Just keep asking questions about the details and "Nancy" will eventualy get flustered and say "well, good luck" and hang up on you.
