Received a call from this number. Caller ID showed Central Asset Solutions. They left a short message that said "This is a very urgent message about a legal matter please press 1 for an investigator". They didnt leave a name who they are looking for. I called it back and they answered "Litigation". Another scam.

Just because someone on the phone calling you says you owe a debt does not mean you actually owe it.
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:
1. Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2. Demand a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good.
3. Do not pay the collection agent or anyone else a dime until the debt is validated
Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply ignore them and block their calls.
If they are bothering you, report them:

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because, being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking), the only thing they understand.
The lady answered and conveniently said the case had transfered to her office. Verified she was looking for me and my last 4. Then an address from over 5 years ago. Then said they were sending a warrant if I don't pay now. Said well first you can't arrest me and sent a warrant until you provide me proof at the new address I am trying to give you. She started telling me she could. I said you are full of [***]! I worked bill collection and by law you have to provide written proof of the company and the amount. Her next combat was epic. I will send your worthless check to the VA and let them deal with you. Informed Ms I Think I'm Smart that VA doesn't get involved in civil matters. She said OK we will see and hangs up. Called her rude [***] right back. Once again told her VA has nothing to do with this and if she expects anything to be done send me written proof to the new address I am trying to give you! Nope, it's going to VA! OK fine with me stupid. Looks like
I'm not as dumb as you thought! She informed me she's not a bill collector, she is going after me for a worthless check to a Payday Loan Company. Then send the documentation. Click.
My daughter just received a phone call from work, from Nancy who is stating that she is issuing a warrant out for her arrest right now, about pay day loan that she had taken out, which my daughter has never done. Fortunately, my daughter works at a hospital and is now getting breathing treatments, because she's not understanding what is this about. I am doing the leg work for her writing this complaint. This is unbelievable and we are taking the matter much further as we have a number of attorneys in our family. This has to to stop now.
