Received a call from this number. Caller ID showed Central Asset Solutions. They left a short message that said "This is a very urgent message about a legal matter please press 1 for an investigator". They didnt leave a name who they are looking for. I called it back and they answered "Litigation". Another scam.
Same message as most have reported. Said Pre Trial Intervention.and to press 1 to be transferred to an investigator. I have the number blocked but sometimes accidentally answer but immediately hang up. this is the fourth time they have called in the last couple weeks.
I have gotten calls from this number for the last two days and I answered today. They said they were central asset solutions but instead of saying they were debt collection company they said something about they were a litigation pretrial intervention company. After reading these posts I can see that is a lie. They try to say that I had some sort of a payday loan that I haven't paid on which is completely false is I've never had a payday loan in my life. I try to say that the state I live in sent me some sort of documentation in the last 10 days about litigation against me by a certain bank for a payday loan. Again I've not gotten anything like this. When I asked what government agency from the state of Kentucky would've sent this to me they couldn't answer that question. Once I kept stating that I've never had a payday loan the lady got very short and her answers and just said OK will document this and send it out to you in the next two business days. And then she hung up. So strange and such a scam!
I just received a voice mail from this number that stated they were a pre-trial intervention and that I or my attorney needed to contact them for a pending case that they had but they never stated a name of who they were looking for. I'm not calling them back. I know I don't have anything out there that would require something like this plus if they are from a collection agency or attorney's office they will not threaten you because by law they are not allowed to so these people are a bunch of scammers.
