A caller from this number asked to speak to my wife. As soon as I asked "who's calling, please?", they hung up. It's a scam in which they tell you they need a donation and tell thank you for your donation you made last year (even though you never made one). They call here constantly. I have reported them, but to no avail.
I tried calling them back so I could scream at them and tell them not to call anymore, but the number does not ring a phone when you call it.
I live in Tampa, FL and just received a call from this number on my cell phone. Since I didnt recognize the number, I did not answer it. Thank you all for identifying the call as coming from a scammer. You guys are great! Im glad I didnt answer the phone.
Just received a call from this number thanking me for donating last year, and asking me to donate at the same amount. I said I didn't remember donating last year, and asked him for a website. He told me it was 'goodcharity.org' and then hung up.
They called last night asking for me. They said they were from the disabled/paralyzed veterans org. I know better than to give personal stuff over the phone so I hung up.
