Since Monday we have received three different numbers from Backbone Comm, they are 201-595-0769, 267-352-6562, 732-414-7106. When I call the numbers back they ask me to enter a pin number. Have no idea what this is about. Any suggestions.
Phone number coming in as 1-619-512-2562 which says Commun Backbone. I answer and
they hung up in my face. Just want everyone
to know they're using another number.
I received a call from Backbone Community 07-19-2014 at 9:14am. My caller ID stated the phone number of 216-539-0107 instead of the number on 813-200-7690. No msg left on voice mail. I do not answer unkown calls. This is the first time I have received a call from the idiots from Backbone.
Say they are calling from the IRS about taxes that were not paid time and filed late, both of which aren't true. Tell you Agents are coming to the house, I will be arrested, both times I called back I couldn't understand as all Indian speaking and so much noise you can't hear. Tell you can't get help from CPA. Two times they hung up on me when I tried to ask questions and just talk over you. I know I filed on time and paid. Funny each person said I owed from a different year which seems to be another red flag.
