This company left us a message saying our business had a suit against them for $56,000.00 - Mid March 2013 - They gave us a case number and said they were calling from Pacific West. Our company does not do business outside of Ontario, Canada and therefore, we have no idea what this was about. We are not taking any chances and are not calling them back.
This company called us saying we'd been sued? They wouldn't' give me any information and couldn't even say our business name. I'm pretty sure this is a scam.

We received 2 calls from this number at our place of business. They are stating that a law suit has been filed against us... We have no ties to anyone in Tampa, Florida and our attorneys who are working a legal case for us have no ties to this business. They go through case numbers that appear as public record to try and get you to use their business. The sad part is that one their site they have even photo shop the name of their company on an expensive looking building. Pathetic!
We will file a complaint against them with the BBB because they did divulge information that had been kept confidential from our staff to our receptionist creating concern when there is no reason for it.
Just received a call from 813-658-3313 saying there was an urgent legal matter for Sunny Day, LLC and gave a case no. of 809-114...I have NEVER seen a case no. that looks like that...will be reporting the number
