This company left us a message saying our business had a suit against them for $56,000.00 - Mid March 2013 - They gave us a case number and said they were calling from Pacific West. Our company does not do business outside of Ontario, Canada and therefore, we have no idea what this was about. We are not taking any chances and are not calling them back.
This is a legal claims collection company. They call private residences in search of closed businesses and claim that they have a judgement against them and then try and collect a payment from whoever answers the phone. they are crafty and a real piece of work.

Got a call from Michael Lamb from this number. Apparently they scour court records and try to make it sound like they are involved. They are not. He asked me to give him Power of Attorney and something about settling for 60 cents on the dollar. I told him he must be crazy for me to give someone POA that I have never met. Stay away from this guy. He was not a party to the case and had no idea that the case didnt even get heard. Nice try scammer. Your business model is a scam.
