This company left us a message saying our business had a suit against them for $56,000.00 - Mid March 2013 - They gave us a case number and said they were calling from Pacific West. Our company does not do business outside of Ontario, Canada and therefore, we have no idea what this was about. We are not taking any chances and are not calling them back.
I have been receiving calls from 813-658-3314 I am a business owner and have no legal matters pending They are stating that someone is suing mew will not tell me where and why they just give me a case number which I believe is false and tell me that I need to pay this large amount of money. I have not answered any more of their calls they can just talk to my voice mail but they wont leave a message. What legit law firm doesn't leave a message. I was a Military Police Officer for years in the Army I don't know everything about the law but I do know enough and I can also smell a fake coming a mile away these people need to be locked up for harassment by communications and fraud
Got the same calls, said we owed money we did not know anything about. Caused concern with our office person. I wonder if anyone falls for this crap. Said they were a law firm. Ralph left the message.
