I got the same call & voicemail yesterday, its a scam! After 45 min on the phone with them to gather as much info as I could (put on hold 6 times) I got them to send me the said authorization page for payment so, I could research more on his said "client" wanting my money but cannot find anything on them. What company does collection by fax/email wanting your 16 digit card number?
Nothing about this call added up or made logical sense.
They called me and left exactly the same message about refusal to sign and having two hours to answer. The same "Michael" guy answeres and was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is definitely a scam.
